Red Light Therapy Bed
Red Light Therapy - By Summus Medical. Not all red light therapy is the same. Most of the research around red light therapy that shows the greatest physiological response is with the higher intensity bed and are full body. A red light panel (180 degrees of coverage) does not provide the same level or impact as a red light bed (360 degree coverage). This full body red light aids in accelerating protein synthesis and accelerating soft tissue repair. This has multiple and profound systemic effects on healing and regeneration.
Results Modifier - Normatec Compression or Hydro-lounge chair, this supplements the systemic changes occurring with these treatments and will aid in accelerating results.
Hydrotherapy Lounge Chair
Hydrotherapy Lounge Chair. Hydrotherapy massage aids in increasing circulation, aids in working out muscle soreness and relaxation. When combined with Red Light Therapy or cold plunge, this aids in circulating the biochemical changes that occurs with these treatments. This is a 20 min session.
Results Modifier - when this is combined with Normatec Compression, this is the 1-2 punch that your system needs to accelerate your healing.
Cold Plunge Tank
Cold Plunge Tank - Cold plunge is one of the latest biohacks to hit sports medicine that has some very solid research behind it. In addition to the inflammation control, etc, you are also tricking your body to release P3 proteins. These are only released in hypothermia situations and is released to prevent you from dying. These proteins are very beneficial in aiding you in recoverying faster than ever before. This is a 3-8 min session.

Normatec
Normatec Recovery Systems. Hyperice and Normatec are state of the art systems that provide cyclic vasopneumatic compression to the entire limb (knees, shoulders and hips). Studies show that a 20 min cycle will provide you with the physiological recovery equivalent to a 12 hour rest cycle. This aids in recovery between workouts, competitions or as a part of your rehabilitation. This is a 20 min session.
Results Modifier - when this is combined with red-light therapy or cold plunge, this supplements the systemic changes occuring with these treatments and will aid in accelerating results.
